  • The product is incorrect or a wrong item was sent.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please make sure you include this RA number in your return package.

    Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and any other items that were included in the original shipment.

  4. Return Shipping:
    You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect products). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure the product reaches us safely.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved:

  • Refund: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
  • Replacement: If you prefer a replacement, we will ship the new item as soon as the return is processed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
